I was visited by my muse today who shared words, feelings, ideas and excitement for the Guidance Cards workshop I am leading in a fortnight.
Here is a sneak peak about creating sacred space, which we will be exploring in the mini-workshop:
Creating sacred space is focusing our intent with a sense of safety, where we summon the healing power of the Universe to imbue the space, the people and the activities within that space.
When we create sacred space, we are creating a boundary between our habitual way of being, the endless stream of busy-ness and ego conflicts, and we invite the Divine into our physical and psychological space.
We transform the energy around us and the way we experience the energy around us.
We move from noise, clutter, not enough time and doing.
We enter silence, spaciousness, divine timing and being.
We come home to our inner knowing and find our way again.
We breathe. We release. We heal. We pause. We embrace. We birth.
The workshop is for people interested in using guidance cards to support healing and personal insight. There will be many practical, as well as energetic tips, on creating sacred space in your life to enhance your intuition, creative expression, and emotional wellbeing.

- 2 Second Tip On Creating Sacred Space
- Creating sacred space involves cultivating a relationship with the physical spaces that support your work or home life -
- Whether it is blowing out the candles after a day of journeying with clients, washing and packing away your paint brushes after a day in the studio, or turning off the house lights after a full day of parenting, say a heart felt thank you to the room. Validate that your spaces hold and support you and contribute to the sum of your creative service and they will continue to do so.
Acknowledge with gratitude that your spaces are in service to your unfolding life journey.
