Art, Heart + Healing: Free Project

Greetings Gorgeous

What a bustling time of the year it is! December is fast + full!

Work is blessed + abundant with lots of healing massages, lots of soul sessions + a flurry of new gods + goddesses coming to nurture their minds, bodies + souls at what can be for many a rather intense (read as freakin’ stressful) time of the year. Welcome beautiful people, it is an honour to serve you

Social life for this little Pisces is bubbling over with play-dates + end of year celebrations coming thick + fast. With four humans in our family with varied interests + activities, the calender is filled up + overflowing with all the cool people we want to get together + have some festive merriment with!

Yesterday morning my body told me it needed a day of SLOW.

A day of REST. HOME. STILLNESS. INWARD. SOFTNESS. TENDERNESS.

It sounded grand to me, so I spent the day playing art with the kids.

Stella + I enjoyed Tam’s project ’Art, Heart + Healing’ from http://willowing.ning.com/. The project is a healing project on transforming the inner critic’s thoughts. Tam shows a very non-judgemental + positive understanding about the workings of the inner critic + gives you some ideas on how to find out what is really underneath those critical, harsh words + what to do about them. Sign up to the site is free + then you have access to the free workshop which is packed full with 2 hours of fantastic art tutorial!!! Thank you Tam, you magickal creature you!

I am so lit up + excited by our play yesterday I wanted to share it with you so you can have a go too!

I am new to drawing faces (this is about the third face I have drawn) but with Tam + Stella’s great guidance I feel really happy with the process + my finished pages. Honestly, if you give the free workshop a go you will surprise yourself I am sure
