I support heart based women- helping, healing, creative women- in healing their relationship with themselves by reminding them how to listen deeply to their bodies, their emotions and their soul callings.


I support women in healing their hurts and becoming firmly rooted in their authentic feminine power.

Because when your relationship with yourself is clear, deep, healthy and strong, your service to your family, friends, work and community is sustainable, life affirming and inspired.


Your relationship with yourself is the foundation stone of every other relationship in your life.


The quality of your relationship with yourself not only influences your primary relationships with your lover, your family or your friends; the quality of your relationship with yourself influences the quality of your relationship with the whole of life.

One thing I know for sure is that when we bring compassion to the totality of who we are, and mindfully connect with that within us which wants to be heard, our authentic sense of self flourishes and life becomes rich with meaning, authentic self expression, inspiration and service.
